We have an ample amount of parking for guests! There’s a parking lot in the rear of the building, and additional parking across the street on the corner of Cottage Ave. & George Street. if needed.

The studio is designed for a wide variety of content creation, however, we ask our creator friends is to refrain from shooting any nudity in the studio.
With the studio on the ground level and close proximity to our business neighbors, we want to respect everyone’s privacy.

You can book the studio up to 60 days in advance!
Need to book further out? Shoot us an email and we may be able to accomodate.

We ask that you cancel your studio booking at least 48 hours in advance to receive your full booking refund. If you cancel after 48 hours, you unfortunately won’t be eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately, we have no control over this. Often times, others will be booked right after you on the schedule. Please ensure you build in allotted set-up and clean-up time into your booked session.

Of course! Anything inside the studio you’re free to use! We just ask that you treat everything like your own and put them back where you found them :)

Yes! Our rear entrance (attached to the parking lot) has a ramp to get into the building!

Yes! We have a restroom right inside to studio (to the right when you walk in).

Let us know right away! We’d hate for you to be held responsible for something someone else damaged!

Yes! All Millersville University students and faculty receive a 10% discount off their studio booking. To book, please email us with your school email address and we’ll get ya set up!

We do, we just ask you ensure all candles are blown out before you leave.

We ask that you don’t put nails, pins, or command strips on the walls or backdrops.
Just be mindful you are liable for damage to the studio during your session, so please treat the walls with care.
